SERVICES

On-the-Day Coordination (a.k.a. “Wedding Day Management”)

 

Purpose: For couples who’ve planned everything but need a professional to execute it.

Our role: The event conductor making sure the plan runs perfectly.

Timeline: Typically 4–6 weeks before the wedding.

Our duties:

  • Initial consultation to understand plans, contracts, and supplier list.

  • Review timelines, floor plans, and contact all suppliers.

  • Create a detailed wedding day schedule (minute-by-minute).

  • Visit the venue before the event (walk-through with couple or manager).

  • Coordinate supplier arrival, setup, and deliveries.

  • Manage ceremony and reception timing (processional, speeches, dinner, etc.).

  • Troubleshoot any issues (late arrivals, weather, forgotten items).

  • Oversee teardown and ensure all suppliers collect items.

  • Be the main point of contact for everyone so the couple can relax.

Not Included: Supplier sourcing, booking management, or design concept creation those belong in higher packages.

 

Average Fee: £600–£1,200

Deliverable: 1 wedding-day schedule + vendor contact sheet.

Partial Planning

Purpose: For couples who started planning but need expert help closer to the date.

Our role: The project manager and stylist in one.

Timeline: Begins ~3–6 months before wedding.

Our duties:

  • Initial consultation + review of all progress so far.

  • Create or refine wedding design theme / mood board.

  • Recommend missing suppliers (photographer, florist, DJ, etc.).

  • Negotiate supplier contracts if needed.

  • Manage timeline, payment reminders, and checklists.

  • Attend venue visit(s) and final meetings.

  • Create full event itinerary and manage suppliers on the day.

  • Supervise décor setup, ceremony, reception, and teardown.

​​Not included: Venue search, full vendor sourcing, or managing every purchase only supplement and finalise.

Average Fee: £1,200–£2,500

Deliverable: Mood board, supplier list, planning timeline, and day-of coordination.

Full Wedding Planning

Purpose: End-to-end service perfect for busy clients or destination weddings.

Our role: The creative director, logistics manager, and client advocate all in one.

Timeline: From concept (9–18 months before) to day-of coordination.

Our duties:​

  1. Initial stage

    • Consultation to understand budget, vision, guest count, and style.

    • Create a custom wedding concept (theme, colours, mood board).

    • Create and manage a detailed budget spreadsheet.

    • Source and shortlist venues attend visits with couple.​​

  2. Supplier management

    • Source, negotiate, and contract all suppliers (caterer, florist, entertainment, etc.).

    • Track payments, deadlines, and deliveries.

    • Maintain a shared planning timeline.​

  3. Design & Styling

    • Create a detailed design plan (table layouts, décor, lighting, stationery).

    • Organise mock-ups or samples.​

  4. Pre-wedding coordination

    • Create guest lists, and seating plan.

    • Confirm all bookings and logistics 1 month before.​

  5. Wedding week / day

    • Oversee setup, suppliers, ceremony, reception, and teardown.

    • Troubleshoot and act as point-of-contact.

Average Fee: £2,500–£5,000+ (or 10–15% of total wedding budget)

Deliverable: Full vendor management, wedding design plan, timeline, budget tracker, and on-the-day coordination.

 

Décor & Styling Package

Purpose: Focus purely on visual design and setup for couples who handle planning but want professional aesthetics.

Our role: Creative stylist + setup manager.

Our duties:

  • Initial design consultation (theme, palette, inspiration).

  • Create design mood board and décor proposal.

  • Source décor items (flowers, linens, backdrops, candles, signage).

  • Hire/own props and décor inventory (or work with hire companies).​

  • On the day:

    • Supervise décor installation.

    • Set up tables, ceremony space, and reception décor.

    • Manage teardown and item collection.​

  • Optional:

  • Provide décor hire or purchase packages.​

Average Fee: £250–£1,000+ (depending on scope)

Deliverable: Design board + setup checklist + styling execution.
